25 minute workout focused on full body strength. Give each rep 100% to realize the gains. Modify any exercises as needed. Get after it!

- 3 minute Warm Up.

- 30 seconds on, 20 seconds of rest.

- 2 Rounds with 15 exercises each.

- 25 total Minutes of Reps.

- I'm using 25lb & 15 lb dumbbells for reference.
