- No warm up or cool down. Just get after it.

- 30 seconds on, 10 seconds of rest.

- 10 Minutes

If you can keep up, you rock. If you can't, pause when you need and go at a pace you feel comfortable doing. My shoulders were cashed at the end from the Low Plank position.
