How does it work?

  1. We curate a calendar of daily workouts from fitness professionals. We focus on HIIT style workouts 4 days and a Yoga/Dynamic Stretching 1 day each week.

  2. We live-stream the videos via web conference at a specific time each day.

  3. Everyone follows the workout and knocks out a sweat sesh in less than 45 minutes.

  4. You crush the rest of your day with a huge dopamine and full body chemical release.

Who is RFIIT for?

  • Dudes - Young, Old and Dads (especially those with dad-bod)

  • Dudettes - Any aged women looking to be fit & healthy.

  • Non-Gym Members looking to stay healthy and fit.

  • Anyone not FULLY utilizing a gym membership.

  • People on vacation or just living out of their van.

  • Workout newbies or someone who doesn’t want to plan a workout. Just SHOW UP!

  • Someone ready to change their life.

  • Pro-Athletes…naw, but I’m sure they’d like some of the workouts.

Why we do it.

We are NORMAL DUDES trying to stay fit and healthy by following a once a day online HIIT regimen TOGETHER. This is a lifestyle, not a hobby or burden.

We have kids, we work, we travel - amongst all kinds of other day-to-day responsibilities. We don’t make it to a gym everyday. We don’t eat perfect. We have tight budgets. Therefore, we suffer from some level of fitness stagnation (dad bod).

WE CAN be fit from anywhere.

WE CAN do it together.
